UBNT airMAX PowerBeam M5 400, 5 GHz

Ubnt Airmax Powerbeam M5 400 (PBE-M5-400) is based on the earlier very successful Nanobridge products. Newly contains more powerful hardware and smarter construction. The construction has been simplified as much as possible, the installation in the field is now faster and more convenient, for the sake of interest, let's mention the button to release the main unit (emitters), which was a problem with the older generation.

Inside the powerbeam there is a powerful MIPS processor ATHEROS 74KC with a frequency of 560 MHz , which is seconded 64 MB DDR2 and 8 MB flash memory. The network port supports 10/100/1000 Ethernet and can be powered by the passive POE 24 V/0.5 A unit (active POE according to 802.3AF is not supported).



The theoretical maximum unit throughput is 300 Mbit (MCS15, 802.11n, 2x2 outside, at a channel width of 40 MHz).
